Ingredients
500g El Real Healthy Spaghetti
¼ kg ground beef
1 pack Caldereta sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can liver spread
1 cup all purpose cream
1 ½ cup water
¼ cup cheese, grated
Cubed carrot
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1: Cook El Real Healthy Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Painitin ang kawali bago ilagay ang mantika. Igisa na ang onion and garlic.
Step 3: Isunod ang ground beef hanggang sa maging brown.
Step 4: Ilagay ang caldereta sauce at dagdagan ng water. Add liver spread. Haluing mabuti at saka hayaang kumulo.
Step 5: Ibuhos ang cream kapag lumapot na ang sauce. Idagdag na rin ang cheese. Mix well.
Step 6: Ilipat ang lutong El Real Healthy Spaghetti sa serving plate at dahan-dahang ibuhos ang sauce.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
