Healthy Sardine Spaghetti

Ingredients


500g El Real Healthy Spaghetti

1 can sardines

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic

1 small onion

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

⅓ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Step 1: Cook El Real Healthy Spaghetti according to package instructions. Hanguin sa tubig at itabi.

Step 2: Sa isang kawali na may mainit na mantika, igisa ang onions at garlic ng 1 minuto. Isunod ang breadcrumbs at hayaang maging golden. Hanguin sa kawali at itabi.

Step 3: Gamit ang pinaggisahang kawali, initin ang sardines. Saka ihalo ang lutong El Real Healthy Spaghetti at lemon juice. Timplahan ng salt at pepper.

Step 4: Idagdag ang breadcrumb mixture at ilagay ang parmesan cheese. Haluing mabuti kasama ang parsley.

Step 5: Top with cheese bago ihain. Enjoy!
