Ube Macaroni Mousse

Ingredients


400g ube jam

1kg El Real Elbow Macaroni/Rainbow Party Pasta

4 cans Angel Evaporated Milk

1 can Angel Condensada

5 cans Angel All Purpose Cream

5 cans Angel Kremdensada

1 ube wafer

Directions


Step 1: Boil El Real Rainbow Macaroni in Angel Evaporated Milk and Ube Jam. ‘Pag luto na ang pasta, chill for 1 hour.

Step 2: For the mousse, chill Angel Condensada, Angel Kremdensada, and Angel All Purpose Creamer.

Step 3: Once all are chilled, whip All Purpose Creamer, and Angel Kremdensada for 7-8 min until firm peak.

Step 4: I-whip ang Angel Condensada at ube jam

Step 5: To assemble, ilagay ang ube pasta mixture sa glass na baso then top with ube

Step 6: mousse mixture

Step 7: Garnish with extra ube jam and ube wafer for texture.

Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
