Creamy Shrimp Aligue Pasta

900 grams El Real Spaghetti
500 grams Medium-sized shrimps, peeled, deveined, head and tail off
140 grams Chorizo bilbao, sliced
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 pcs White Onion, chopped
5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Crab Fat (Aligue)
2 pcs Red Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
2 pcs Green Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
250 ml All Purpose cream
4 tbsp Lemon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Spring Onions, chopped finely
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Step 1: Cook El Real Spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside pasta water.
Step 2: In a saucepan or skillet, heat oil on medium high. Lutuin ang shrimp for one minute each side o hanggang mag-pink saka itabi.
Step 3: Sa same pan, igisa ang onion and garlic at i-add ang chorizo, bell peppers and crab fat at lutuin for 1 minute. Lagyan ng konting pasta water at pakuluan ng isa pang minuto.
Step 4: Ilagay ang cream at pakuluan for 3 minutes saka lagyan ng lemon juice at haluin. Season with salt and pepper at ibalik ang ¾ ng cooked shrimps at pakuluan ng 2 more minutes.
Step 5: Add cooked spaghetti noodles at haluin nang mabuti. Top with shrimp, spring onions at parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
