Avocado Spaghetti

Ingredients


500g El Real Healthy Spaghetti

3 avocado

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh basil

1/4 cup fresh mint

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 small clove garlic

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 can corn kernels

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Step 1: Cook El Real Healthy Spaghetti according to package directions. I-drain ang pasta at i-set aside to cool.

Step 2: Sa isang blender, ilagay ang hiniwang avocado, yogurt, basil, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt at pepper hanggang sa maging smooth.

Step 3: Sa serving plate, ihalo sa lutong El Real Healthy Spaghetti ang dressing. Mix well.

Step 4: Idagdag din ang corn at tomatoes.

Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
