Asian Kung Pao Chicken Pasta

1kg Healthy Spaghetti
650g dried shiitake mushrooms, soak in 1 cup water, drain and slice
500g boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced bite sizes
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup roasted peanuts
6 Tbsps peanut butter
2/3 cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps oyster sauce
6 Tbsps sesame oil
6 pcs dried whole red chiles
1 cup spring onions, chopped
Step 1: Cook the Healthy Spaghetti Noodles ayon sa packaging, drain but leave 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.
Step 2: For the pasta sauce: In a large wok over medium-high heat, sauté the minced garlic, dried whole chilies and chicken slices just until the chicken begins to turn white (partially cooked) and the garlic is just about to color.
Step 3: Ilagay ang sliced mushrooms at lutuin ang chicken and mushroom fully. Wala nang dugo ang chicken at lumiit na ang mushrooms.
Step 4: Add the roasted peanuts and cook on low for 5 minutes habang hinahalo para hindi dumikit sa pan.
Step 5: Mix together sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce hanggang mag-thicken ang sauce.
Step 6: Ilagay ang sauce sa pan at haluin para ma-coat ang pasta.
Step 7: Ilagay na ang reserved pasta water para maging creamy ang sauce. Top and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
