Coconut Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients


400g El Real Flat Spaghetti

2 cans coconut milk

400g shrimp

½ cup chicken broth

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped

2 tsp ginger, finely chopped

2 tsp chili sauce

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions


Step 1: Lutuin ang El Real Flat Spaghetti base sa package instructions. I-drain muna pagkaluto at itabi.

Step 2: Kasabay ng pagkulo ng pasta, painitin na ang olive oil sa hiwalay na pot. Igisa na ang garlic at ginger. Isama na rin ang shrimps.

Step 3: Sunod na idagdag ang coconut milk at chicken broth. Ilagay ang fish sauce, chili sauce at lemon juice. Pakuluan.

Step 4: Idagdag na ang cooked El Real Flat Spaghetti. Siguraduhing nahahalong mabuti ang sauce.

Step 5: Pwedeng gawing garnish ang chopped cilantro.

Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
