Sushi Bake
Ang usong-uso na sushi bake, pwedeng i-recreate when you Pastafy It with El Real! Try the El Real Sushi Bake-a-roni na may saya at sarap in every bite!
Ingredients
400g EL REAL Elbow Macaroni
1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 cup Japanese mayonnaise
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
3 egg yolks
¼ cup furikake seasoning
1 cup Japanese mayonnaise
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup crab sticks, shredded
1 cup diced mangoes
(from 1 large mango)
2 tbsp ebiko
1 pack seasoned nori sheet as topping if desired
Directions
Step 1: Boil EL REAL Elbow Macaroni until al dente. Drain and chill while preparing the other ingredients.
Step 2: For the aburi sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, egg yolks, at furikake seasoning. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: For the crab topping: Mix ang mayonnaise, at sesame oil. Tapos fold in ang shredded crab sticks, diced mangoes, at ebiko. Dahan-dahang i-combine nang hindi madurog ito.
Step 4: Timplahan naman ang pasta. Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce at i-fold in sa pasta.
Step 5: To assemble: Ilatag ang pasta mixture sa bottom ng baking pan, saka ilagay ang crab filling sa ibabaw, then top the crab filling with aburi sauce./
Step 6: Bake at 190℃ for 10 minutes until the aburi sauce browns.
Step 7: Top with furikake seasoning & drizzle with more Japanese mayonnaise. Add seasoned nori if you want and serve!
